Four Chuo Line Beer Works beers take center stage

BEER NOVA will be open on Friday, April 17 from 4:00 p.m. to midnight. This time, the lineup puts four Chuo Line Beer Works beers front and center: Poppo-ya Ale, Weizen, Golden Ale, and American IPA. Brewer Mr. Hirano is also scheduled to visit around 5:30 p.m., making it a setup where you can enjoy a drink while hearing directly from the maker.

The rest of the taps are also well stocked

The lineup also includes Little House Brewing's Tintype and Sleepy Boy, Huyghe Brewery's Guillotine, COEDO's Kawagoe Beer and Marihana, and COEDO x WAKAZE's Sake Beer. From Repubrew come WILD FUNKYARD CHERRY, GOLDEN SLUMBERS, 69IPA, A Drop of Sake, a Drop of Blood, SABURO SESSION HAZY IPA, and Wano Nigori IPA, offering a wide range of options from IPAs to more distinctive styles.

The local brewery presence is strong too

As local beers from Urawa, the list also includes U.B.P BREWERY's Lara Kölsch, Iroha, Raspberry Light, THE HOME & AWAY CS GOSE, Woohoo!, URAWA CITY ALE, Meia Lua, Beer All Right, Step Over, Scissors, Hazy Celebration, and Shadow. The depth of local brewing options is impressive, and the clear focus for tasting comparisons is very much part of what makes BEER NOVA stand out.

The venue is a beer pub in the east exit area of Urawa Station. It opens at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and stays open until midnight on Fridays. Food last orders are also set relatively late, making it an easy place to stop by after work and leisurely pair beer with a meal. The shop also says there is plenty of seating inside, so it is well suited to days when you want to take your time working through the taps.
