CRAFT BEER Ant’n Bee Roppongi, a beer pub in the basement of a building in Roppongi, highlighted OK, ADAM’s cider “Zingle Zingle” for its July 13 (Mon) service. In the post, the drink is described as a bright, refreshing cider made with Japanese citrus jabara, sansho pepper, and sansho peppercorns, positioned as a good match for humid summer weather.

The previous day, the owner also visited the Iwate festival at Roppongi Hills and had Bearen’s “Schwarz” and Iwate Kura’s “Passion Wheat,” along with Morioka cold noodles. Even so, the main focus of the post was the tap list for the day.

The lineup was broad in style, spanning cider, lager, IPA, saison, Hazy IPA, fruit ale, schwarz, helles, and watermelon gose. The shop sits at B1F, 5-1-5 Roppongi in Minato-ku, making it an easy stop after work. The post also notes weekday hours of 17:00 to 24:00, with last food orders at 23:00 and last drinks at 23:30. It is the kind of bar where the appeal comes from the current tap list itself: one night can lean crisp and citrusy, while the next can swing toward hop-forward IPAs or darker, maltier pours.

Rather than a one-off showcase, the July 13 lineup reflects the pub’s regular strength: a rotating set of beers that lets drinkers choose their pace and style.
