At The Beer Shop Hirakata City, a beer pub directly connected to Hirakata-shi Station in Osaka, a feature event bringing together two Kyoto breweries was held on Saturday, May 23. Inside the shop, draft beers from Craft Bank Brewery and Primary Barrels were lined up, and although the selection was smaller than usual, it was arranged so that notable labels would be hard to miss.

Draft Beer Lineup

- Craft Bank Brewery "Bank Lager"
- Craft Bank Brewery "Bank IPA"
- Craft Bank Brewery "Bank Cold IPA"
- Craft Bank Brewery "El Clasico"
- Craft Bank Brewery "Bitter Bug"
- Primary Barrels "Fanmar"

The highlight of this event was the lineup, which ranged from Craft Bank Brewery's core styles to IPA, Cold IPA, and lager, with one keg from Primary Barrels added in. It was easy to follow the differences in flavor and compare beers with different directions within the same event. Canned products were also available, so having takeaway options alongside draft beer was another shop-like appeal.

In addition, a garapon lottery was held for every 2,000 yen spent. Craft Bank Brewery contributed items such as T-shirts, insulated bags, and piggy banks, and the prizes were announced as being available only on the day of the event. There were also Akechi Mitsuhide-themed goods prepared specifically for the event, giving a sense not only of the beer but also of the shop's playful spirit.

The Beer Shop Hirakata City is a store and standing bar that handles craft beer from Japan and abroad, offering a wide range of ways to enjoy it, from stopping by for just one drink after work to choosing a bottle and taking it home. With its location directly connected to the station, days with these feature events make the shop's character feel even more distinct than usual.
