Welders Diner / Craft Beer, Cafe & Bar, where you can enjoy craft beer in the Shakujii area, will host a tap takeover featuring Farmentry, the brewery from Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture.
The event will run over two days: Friday, March 6, from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday, March 7, from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM. On March 6, Farmentry representative and head brewer Mr. Nishizaki is also scheduled to visit, making it a good opportunity to hear directly about the brewery's philosophy and background.
The post says that, in addition to 5 taps, the new year release series "Mix Culture" will be offered By The Glass. Mix Culture is a mixed-fermentation series centered on wild yeast, designed to give a more three-dimensional experience of the expressive qualities created by fermentation.
The lineup also mentions "Special House Lager," a beer known as a local Kashihara-only brew, with reference made to its JBC gold award history. With a clean lager and complex mixed-fermentation beers available at the same time, this is a lineup that makes it easy to grasp the range of Farmentry's brewing.
Welders Diner is a beer pub with the atmosphere of a cafe and bar, while staying firmly centered on craft beer. It is a two-day event with a clear reason to visit, whether you want to enjoy a calm tasting comparison or experience the brewery's philosophy as part of the drinking experience.
