BEER NOVA on Thursday, 4/30: a varied tap lineup centered on Alesong Brewing & Blending

BEER NOVA URAWA, the beer pub in the east exit area of Urawa Station, will open at 16:00 on Thursday, 4/30. On Instagram, the shop is announcing its tap list for the day along with a featured selection from Alesong Brewing & Blending. Last orders are 22:15 for food and 22:30 for drinks.

This feature spotlights Alesong Brewing & Blending, a brewery from Eugene, Oregon, USA. The three beers on offer are as follows.

- Cuvée Soleil
- Single Origin
- Rackhouse Reserva

All three are beers built around barrel aging and blending, and their styles are clearly distinct: sour beer, farmhouse ale, and strong ale. Lining up three beers with such different personalities from a single brewery makes for especially interesting side-by-side tasting.

The rest of the lineup is also broad. `Liberation Pils / Yorocco Beer`, `Tidal Cycles / Nobody × Black Tide Brewing`, `WILD FUNKYARD CHERRY / Repubrew`, `Poppoya Ale` and `Golden Ale`, `GOLDEN SLUMBERS / Repubrew`, `Umemigachi / Hoppukotan Brewing`, `Marihana / COEDO`, `Sake Beer / COEDO × WAKAZE`, and `American IPA / Chuo Line Beer Works` are all listed. In addition, from local Urawa brewery `U.B.P BREWERY`, the lineup includes `Lara Kölsch`, `Iroha`, `Raspberry Light`, `THE HOME & AWAY CS GOSE`, `Woohoo!`, `URAWA CITY ALE`, `Meia Lua`, `Beer All Right`, `Step Over`, `Scissors`, `Hazy Celebration`, `Shadow`, and `La Bomba Real Ale ver.`.

The venue is a beer pub with 35 seats, and the food menu is said to be available via Stories. With beer at the center, the lineup invites guests to enjoy barrel-aged styles, pilsners, IPAs, and local brews in sequence, making it a fitting finale to the Alesong feature running from 4/21 to 4/30.
