Sakazuki Brewing Reintroduces Origins Golden Ale, Back on Tap April 4
Sakazuki Brewing in Adachi, Tokyo, announced its in-store tap information for April 4. The highlight is the return of 《Origins Golden Ale》, which had disappeared from the lineup since January. After the permanent venue closed, it is back in the glass.
Tokyo's Adachi Ward Sakazuki Brewing announced its tap lineup for April 4. In this post, the 18-tap lineup was revealed, and the reintroduction of 《Origins Golden Ale》 is the biggest topic.
This beer is a crisp, refreshing take based on an American Golden Ale, with the fresh aroma of coriander added. It was originally brewed as a house beer for the restaurant 'Origins Table,' which closed in February this year, and service had been paused after the restaurant shut down. This time, the tap that had been empty for a while finally connected again, bringing it back to the lineup.
According to the brewery, about two months of maturation and clarification in the barrel have made it clearer and more beautiful than before. They say the flavor has also shed unnecessary elements, making the American hop aroma and the crispness of the Pilsner malt easier to appreciate.
The day's lineup included
- 《shy girl》 Bohemian Pilsner
- 《Fugetsu Pale Ale》 English Pale Ale
- 《Stardust》 Hazy IPA
- 《Time Thief》 English Brown Ale
- 《Twilight Black》 British Imperial Stout
and a wide range of beers, from classics to more distinctive choices. Among them, 《Fugetsu Pale Ale》 was announced as close to selling out, making it an active day across the taps.
Sakazuki Brewing is a brewery in Adachi Ward, Tokyo, sharing craft beer from Tokyo. This reintroduction is interesting not just as a simple restock, but as news that a beer developed through a relationship with an outside venue can once again be enjoyed on the brewery's taps.
