Tokyo's Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward brewpub Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand announced its operating information and tap lineup for Friday, March 20, 2026 (holiday). Business hours are 3:00 p.m. to around 10:00 p.m. The shop is closed on Wednesdays, and its regular hours are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.

In this post, while mentioning the release of English Best Bitter, which had recently been kegged, the brewery unveiled that day’s “Today’s on Tap.” The lineup totals 10 beers, with a wide range spanning a lively pale ale, dry-hopped styles, IPA, Belgian styles, sour beers, and stout.

The post also noted that Kurohitsuji no Ale and Shirohitsuji no Ale are part of a collaboration with Sanriku Beer. Built around its own brewing, with collaboration beers mixed in, that is one of the day's main highlights.

As a brewpub, the shop focuses on serving Japanese craft beer. It also regularly hosts food pop-up events, and has announced weekend plans such as spiced oden on Saturday, March 21, and snack service in the evening on Sunday, March 22. Starting with the 10 taps on March 20, this is a place to build out a drinking stop in the Komagome area.
