Two Bottles Marking the 29th Anniversary

Ise Kadoya Brewery, based in Ise City, Mie Prefecture, has introduced two new products as preparations for its anniversary festival near completion. One is "Nikukyu IPA," a commemorative beer marking the brewery's 29th anniversary; the other is the return of "KABOSU BEAT," a beer suited to this season. Ise Kadoya Brewery has been making craft beer since 1997, rooted in the long-established Ise business Nikenchaya Mochi Kadoyahonten, and produces a wide range of beers from year-round staples to limited releases.

Nikukyu IPA

"Nikukyu IPA" is, as its name suggests, a commemorative beer tied to the 29th anniversary's "niku" (meat). It is a West Coast IPA with an alcohol content of 6.0% and an IBU of 50. Brewed with a dry finish layered with hop aroma, it was designed with meat dishes in mind. It is the kind of beer that lifts your mood just by looking at the label, yet its flavor is more firmly built than its cute appearance suggests.

KABOSU BEAT

Meanwhile, "KABOSU BEAT" was first released as the original beer for TRIANGLE 2026, a music festival in Fukuoka sponsored by ISEKADO, and has returned after a positive response. It has an alcohol content of 4.0%, an IBU of 15, and is a beer cocktail. Its defining feature is a delicate flavor reminiscent of lemongrass and honey, making it a good fit not only for anniversary festivals and events, but also for relaxed drinking at home.

A commemorative release for a milestone anniversary and a seasonal collaboration brew. By lining up two bottles with different directions, this release clearly shows the breadth of Ise Kadoya Brewery's recipe range. True to a brewery from Ise, the lineup pays attention to both food and events.
