The beer pub PUB Karr in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City, has released its tap list for April 15. In the post, it described the day as a "proper rainy Wednesday" and noted that it would be "open from 6 p.m. today as well," lining up five beers on tap for the day.

The lineup consists of Kyoto Brewing's "Worion" and "Six Days Off," Minoh's "Black Session IPA" and "Sarumayashikao," and Asahi's "Maruef." Centered on Kyoto's own Kyoto Brewing and Osaka's Minoh craft breweries, the selection finishes with an easy-drinking beer, making it a lineup that's easy to choose from depending on your mood.

In particular, if you're the kind of beer fan who wants to pay attention to hop character, "Black Session IPA" is one not to miss. If you want to start with something light, Kyoto Brewing's two beers are a good fit; if you want to carefully compare flavors, Minoh's two beers are ideal; and if you want to relax and enjoy your first drink, "Maruef" seems like the right choice.

PUB Karr is a beer pub on the second floor in Kyoto's Haramachi-dori Rokkaku Nishiiru. With an atmosphere reminiscent of a record bar, it's a place well suited for following the taps while tilting a glass, and it offers a calm place to spend an evening even on a rainy day.
