On July 1, Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke opened from lunch service and added a new beer to tap 10.

The beer introduced was Yokohama Bay Brewing’s "Bay Pilsner Hallertau Edition". It is listed at 4.9% ABV and as a Czech-Style Pale Lager. The edition is described as a version that changes the Bay Pilsner hop recipe to German Hallertau-family hops, making it an interesting take on a classic pilsner profile.

Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke is a beer pub in the basement of the Akasaka Gessekai Building near Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The underground setting, with a counter lined by taps, gives the place an easygoing, beer-focused feel. Because it opens from lunch, it works both for a daytime pint and for a meal with a drink.

Even with a single featured beer, the update clearly shows the appeal of chasing a freshly opened keg in Akasaka-Mitsuke. It is a release worth noting for pilsner fans and for anyone who wants to explore a crisp lager at lunch.
