At Atta maruyama in the Maruyama area of Chuo Ward, Sapporo, a notice was posted introducing guest beers to celebrate the shop's 6th anniversary. The centerpiece of the post is `Atta IPA ~Sixth Step~`, a collaboration between the shop and Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery. It is a Session IPA with 4.5% ABV, crafted to have a fresh aroma reminiscent of lemon and white grapes and designed with drinkability in mind.
This time's tap list features six beers centered on the anniversary brew.
- `Atta IPA ~Sixth Step~` / Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery x Atta maruyama
- `Atta IPA ~Fifth-and-a-Half Step~` / Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery x Atta maruyama
- `As Somky As Possible` / Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery
- `WHITE LINES` / Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery
- `Travelers` / Yokohama Bay Brewing
- `LUPULIN NECTAR` / Y.MARKET BREWUNG
In addition to the two collaboration beers with Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery, the lineup also includes a smoky specialty beer and selections from Yokohama Bay Brewing in Kanagawa and Y.MARKET BREWUNG in Aichi, making it a setup where guests can enjoy side-by-side tastings inside the shop. One of the highlights here is not just the anniversary beer itself, but the chance to choose across different origins and styles.
Atta maruyama is known as a beer pub within walking distance of Maruyama-Koen Station, where guests can enjoy hand-ground coffee and carefully selected craft beer. Because it opens from daytime, it is easy to stop by during shopping or a walk, and it works well as a place to spend time while checking the beer lineup. In keeping with the anniversary season, the relaxed atmosphere of the shop makes the appeal of following guest beer updates even clearer.
The post also announced the t0ki BREWERY Tap Take Over Event for `5/2 (Fri) - 6 (Tue)`. With the anniversary beer release overlapping with the upcoming tap takeover, the beer rotation through May is likely to draw attention.
