A New Face on the Guest Beer List
At the beer pub "Wakakusa Curry Honpo" in Mochiidono-cho, Nara, the collaboration beer "Wakakusa" by CRAFTROCK BREWING × LOSTAGE has been added as a guest beer. The can label reads "CRAFT BEER," "Wakakusa," "collab w/ LOSTAGE," and "CRAFTROCK BREWING TOKYO JAPAN," and the style is NZ Pilsner, ABV 5.0%, IBU 30. The flavor notes are "Zesty, Green Grass, Refreshing", suggesting a clean, crisp drinking experience.
CRAFTROCK BREWING's introduction says the beer uses only Czech malt and New Zealand hops, with no adjuncts. True to its name, which evokes Nara's "Wakakusa-yama" and the first sprouts of spring, it is a design that leans fully into a grassy, easy-drinking direction. As expected from CRAFTROCK, which connects music and beer, it has a clearly defined personality within a simple structure.
