In line with a Friday that felt a little cooler after the rain, the shop introduced a lineup of domestic and imported craft beers, along with a hamburger prepared as this week’s food special.
On tap that day was first “Helles” from the long-established Plank brewery in Bavaria. Next were “Swan Lake Porter” from Swan Lake Beer in Niigata, “Tsubame Draught” from Falo Brewing in Miyagi, and “Kizashi” from Karuizawa Q in Nagano. Newly added to the list was “MATSUMOTO Traditional Bitter (Real Ale)” from MATSUMOTO Brewery in Nagano.
