The lineup features eight beers. NEKO BEER appears with “TATAKAU – Guided Hops” and “Theatrical Edition: Cats Are Bitter – The Flamingo I Loved.” OTAMA BREWING contributes “Port of Cheers,” while B.M.B BREWERY brings “Sunny B Feat. Tominaga Bond.” West Coast Brewing’s “Taco Time Lime” is also on tap.
The remaining selections are HUMANS BEER’s “Metallica Breaking the Bell,” “GREEN NEBULA” from Uchu Brewing, and GORA BREWERY’s “LAGOON.” Together, the list offers a broad range of craft beer options, from hop-forward pours to beers suited to pairing with food.
The food highlight is the Tuesday special, “TACO Tuesday.” The limited taco is a street-style pork taco made with pork cheek, tongue, skirt steak, cheek meat, and heart. The meat is slowly braised, grilled until aromatic, and finished with salsa, onion, and cilantro.
The regular taco menu includes jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetables, and chorizo. The combination of Mexican food and a rotating craft beer selection is central to BAMBOO 4’s appeal.
