On Saturday, July 4, from 12:00 to 23:00, Yose in Yoyogi, Tokyo will host an event titled "Ise, Summer Triangle @ Yose." The gathering brings together Himitsu Beer, the brewery based in Ise, Genzake Shuzo, a sake brewery founded in 1805, and Yakitori Nikawa, a well-known yakitori shop from the same area.

The centerpiece is the release celebration for "Fruit Scandal," a collaboration fruit ale made with Himitsu Beer's homegrown Koshihikari rice and Genzake Shuzo's sake lees. Guests will be able to taste it early, alongside several other Himitsu Beer labels: "Tatchu," "Racco IPA," "Doron," and "Ise-Shima Pearl Lager." That makes the event especially appealing for anyone who wants to compare styles across one brewer's lineup.

Genzake Shuzo will also pour its sake, KINO and KAYA, while Yakitori Nikawa serves a limited yakitori set. Yose itself will offer special Ise-Shima items plus its regular food menu, creating a setting where beer, sake, and food can be experienced side by side. Admission is 3,000 yen and includes two beer tickets and one sake ticket; extra drink tickets are available from 500 to 1,000 yen each.

As a beer pub in Tokyo, Yose is a fitting venue for an event that puts regional brewing character front and center. For beer fans, the chance to try a new collaboration ale and compare it with the rest of the brewery's lineup is the main draw.
