Yose in Tokyo to Host Ise Summer Event Featuring Himitsu Beer and Genzake Shuzo
Yose, a beer pub in Yoyogi, Tokyo, will host a one-day event on July 4 bringing together producers from Ise, Mie. The lineup includes five beers from Himitsu Beer, two sake offerings from Genzake Shuzo, and yakitori from Yakitori Nikawa.
On Saturday, July 4, from 12:00 to 23:00, Yose in Yoyogi, Tokyo will host an event titled "Ise, Summer Triangle @ Yose." The gathering brings together Himitsu Beer, the brewery based in Ise, Genzake Shuzo, a sake brewery founded in 1805, and Yakitori Nikawa, a well-known yakitori shop from the same area.
The centerpiece is the release celebration for "Fruit Scandal," a collaboration fruit ale made with Himitsu Beer's homegrown Koshihikari rice and Genzake Shuzo's sake lees. Guests will be able to taste it early, alongside several other Himitsu Beer labels: "Tatchu," "Racco IPA," "Doron," and "Ise-Shima Pearl Lager." That makes the event especially appealing for anyone who wants to compare styles across one brewer's lineup.
