April 21 Draft Lineup
The beer pub Craft Beer 2mugi in Kanda-Izumicho, Tokyo, has released its tap list for April 21. This lineup features six kegs and offers a wide range of styles to compare all at once, from a crisp bitter to hop-forward IPA and even Schwarzbier.
- TAP1: Minamishinshu Beer OGNA `himaBitter` / Ordinary Bitter
- TAP2: Ise Kadoya Beer `Nikukyu IPA` / West Coast IPA
- TAP3: Song Bird Beer `Cuvee de Printemps` / Belgian Blonde
- TAP4: Tokoshie Brewery `Fuyuurara` / Rice Ale
- TAP5: UCHU BREWING `UCHU IPA` / Hazy IPA
- TAP6: MYA BREW `nyight` / Schwarzbier
Looking at the lineup, it is easy to choose based on your mood, with `himaBitter` and `Fuyuurara`, which let you feel the softness of the malt; `Nikukyu IPA` and `UCHU IPA`, which let you enjoy citrus and tropical aromas; and `nyight`, which finishes with roasted character. The Belgian Blonde `Cuvee de Printemps` is also included, giving the lineup a springlike lightness.
Today’s business hours are 17:00 to 23:00. The shop is on the first floor in Kanda-Izumicho, within walking distance of the Akihabara area, making it easy to stop by after work. The post also mentions a spring new snack, “butter-soy grilled new onion,” which seems like it would pair well with malt-forward beers such as `himaBitter` and `Fuyuurara`.
In addition to thanking customers who came to Sunday’s "Shippo Event," the post also announced a TTO at @noroshi_brewery on May 5. As of April 21, it is clear that both the shop’s tap operation and the next project are already in motion.
