Dragon Borracho Marks Its 1st Anniversary with Limited-Edition "JUST BITTER LIME" on Tap
The Tokyo brewery Dragon Borracho will hold its first-anniversary event from March 17 to March 19. The post announces the serving of the commemorative beer "JUST BITTER LIME," with a light, refreshing brew featuring lime and jasmine tea leaves taking center stage.
Tokyo Station area Dragon Borracho will hold an event to celebrate its first anniversary. The event runs from March 17 to March 19. The venue is the shop in Yaesu, Chuo Ward (1F of the Ichinogo Building).
The beer clearly announced in this post is the anniversary brew JUST BITTER LIME (Jasu to Bitaa Lime). Its style is Light Ale with Lime & Jasmine Tea Leaves, designed to layer the sweetness and moderate tartness of ripe lime with the elegant aroma of jasmine tea leaves. It is meant to be easy to keep sipping and easy to enjoy alongside food.
Dragon Borracho is a place that serves food combining Chinese and Mexican elements. In keeping with that unique identity, this beer also centers on citrus freshness and a lively finish, and should show strong potential as a drink to pair with meals.
In addition, on March 19, a rock-paper-scissors event is planned for two sessions, from 7:00 PM and from 9:00 PM. Since food orders will be temporarily paused during each session, it is best to allow a little extra time when visiting. During the event period, there is also an announcement that sticker gifts will be given to guests who visit after following the Instagram account.
If you're toasting the first anniversary, this limited release is the first thing worth checking out.
