Also tapped as a new beer release was "Down Tempo." It is a saison made with hojicha, with an ABV of 5%. According to the post, no aroma hops are used; instead, a small amount of hojicha is added so that, after the fruity aroma from the saison yeast, a subtle hojicha nuance remains. It is still a bit young, but it is expected to improve as time passes, which adds to the appeal of trying it fresh.
