The finale of the 10th anniversary is an "all-out effort" tap lineup

In the announcement Sakazuki Brewing released for the final day of its 10th anniversary event (March 22), a total of 17 beers were listed for service that day.

The lineup includes Bohemian Pilsner <shy girl>, Hazy IPA <Stardust>, Imperial IPA <hangover!>, American IPA <Twilight>, Belgian Strong Blonde Ale <Hana ni Arashi>, plus a wide range of fruit-forward and coffee-style beers. From a light, easy-drinking pour to a more substantial, full-bodied one, the lineup puts the "fun of choosing" front and center, making it fitting for the final day.

Anniversary stars "shy daddy" and "shy boy"

The post also introduced the anniversary beers <shy daddy> and <shy boy>. These are projects inspired separately by the two store managers: one is described as a crisp American lager, while the other is an unconventional beer inspired by Bloody Mary. As with this brewery's approach of treating anniversary beers as an annual challenge, what stands out is that they leaned into a story-driven brew rather than simply returning to familiar ground.

The high level of enthusiasm on the final day

At the same time, regarding the event program "Mission Complete de Gachapon!", the brewery announced that new stamp card distribution would end on the day because the number of participants exceeded expectations and prize inventory was running low. While this shows how popular the event was, the post also clearly expressed gratitude and an apology to those who had hoped to participate.

As a Tokyo brewery, Sakazuki Brewing has balanced a wide range of styles with a strong sense of planning and concept. The final day of its 10th anniversary looks set to be a day where you can feel that accumulated work in every glass.
