Today's on Tap
Eight beers are listed out of ten taps, covering a wide range of styles from Belgian-influenced ales to IPA, gose, bitter, and stout.
- 1. Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- 4. Ryusui Sousou #2 / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- 5. (NEW) Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- 6. Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- 7. Pineapple Gose / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- 8. Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- 9. (Low stock) EL BAMP HAZY / Hazy IPA, 7%
- 10. Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%
The lineup moves from a Belgian-style ale and a crisp Italian pilsner into a new Belgian IPA, then on to an American IPA, a fruit-accented gose, a classic best bitter, a hazy IPA, and a Belgian stout. It is a broad, food-friendly selection that should work well for tasting across styles.
As a small brewpub in a residential part of Bunkyo-ku, the venue is set up for pairing fresh beer with food at an easy pace. With the July 25-26 tapas pop-up added to the mix, the weekend looks like a good chance to explore both the taps and the kitchen side by side.
