Craft Beer 2mugi is a 17-seat beer pub tucked away in the Showa-dori area of Akihabara. Its tap list changes often, and the shop is run by a beer sommelier who curates the lineup.

On Saturday, July 11, the bar will operate on a special schedule from 15:00 to 23:00. The post also points readers to the second wave of the Akuzawa Kenji pop-up event scheduled for Sunday, July 19, making the day’s draft list especially timely.

The six-tap lineup features Nara Brewing's EIGHTY EIGHT as a Green Tea Saison, KUNITACHI BREWERY's Japanese Rice Lager as a crisp Rice Lager, and KANPAI BREWING's Gonnosuke Pub Ale as a Bitter. Two new kegs are highlighted as well: Baeren's Schwarz, a Schwarzbier, and Cave d'Occi's Linger, a Sour IPA. Inkhorn Brewing's Mejiro remains on tap as a Hazy IPA.

Food pairing is also part of the appeal. The recommended snack is buri-hira sashimi, a hybrid fish dish that combines the flavor of yellowtail with the texture of greater amberjack. It is a straightforward beer-bar setup: a compact room, a changing tap list, and food built to support the glass in front of you.
