Yokohama’s Hanasakicho-based BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican has released its business information and tap list for Monday, March 30. Business hours are 16:00 to 23:30. This time, three new beers have been tapped, with a lineup centered on distinctive IPA styles.

- Usurai / Heterohaze Brewing
- Style: IPL
- ABV: 6.0%
- A beer from the “Tohoku Soul Beer Project,” in which breweries across northeastern Japan brew the same recipe. It features a crisp lager-yeast finish while still making full use of hops. Its refreshing citrus aroma makes it an easy choice for an early-spring pint.
- Lazy Mist / HAZY LABO
- Style: North East IPA
- ABV: 9.0%
- Single-hop Simcoe. The design layers grapefruit and citrus with pine and resin notes, while keeping bitterness restrained. The brewery notes that warm conditioning has brought the aroma forward, resulting in a finish that balances brightness with a smooth mouthfeel.
- Green Culm / THE BLISS BREWERY
- Style: West Coast IPA
- ABV: 6.8%
- The last keg of BAMBOO 4’s first-anniversary collaboration beer. Aromas suggest peach, pineapple, and grapefruit, while firm bitterness and a clean finish add structure. After a bit of aging, it is said to have become sharper and clearer in impression.
