The brewery restaurant Sakazuki Brewing in Kitasenju, Adachi City, Tokyo, shared its weekend business information on Instagram. The shop opened in 2016 and is known as a place where guests can enjoy craft beer brewed on-site together with food, and it has long been a favorite in the local Kitasenju area.

In its April 26 post, the brewery lined up 17 taps and announced 'Pink Boots Collab beer2026' for Thursday, April 30, as this week’s planned new tap. The pairing is a Belgian-fruity, full-flavored beer served with a spring risotto accented by seafood broth.

On the food side, the post also introduced easy-to-drop-in menu items, true to its description as perfect for Sunday. One example is the 'Mini Pizza with Teriyaki Chicken and New Potatoes,' topped with teriyaki chicken made from chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, sweet corn, and sauteed onions, then finished with a spicy mayo beam. Its slightly smaller size also makes it easy to order for one.

Another dish is the 'Plump Beef Large Intestine and Spring Cabbage Motsunabe-Style Ajillo.' With the umami of dried shiitake mushrooms and a generous topping of chives, it is a dish that lets you enjoy the texture of spring cabbage and the rich flavor of offal together with baguette. It is a fitting introduction to the shop’s strengths for anyone wanting to take their time enjoying craft beer and food in Kitasenju.
