What was served that day

In the May 28 post, the shop announced a 17:00 opening and shared the day's food and tap list together. The eye-catcher was "Pork shoulder braised in craft beer" made with the house brews Over Dub and Wah. The dish is slowly simmered until tender and served with new potatoes. By braising the meat in beer, it adds gentle savory depth, making it substantial enough to stand on its own as a meal.

Other food items included "Chicken skin ponzu with coriander-seed spice" and "For the finish! Light chicken broth soup." Curry, stewed offal, and sausages were also available. Centering the experience on beer while making it easy to move from light snacks to a final course is typical of this place.

Tap List

The taps that day totaled eight beers. Guest beers and house brews were arranged in good balance, offering a wide range for side-by-side tasting.

- Garage × LHG / ADRENOCHROME
- Trap Door / Trap Door IPA
- Bellwoods / Grisette
- Minoh Beer / Pilsner
- Novel Craft Brewing / Over Dub
- Novel Craft Brewing / Wah
- Novel Craft Brewing / Sweep
- Field Ales / Blend Pale

With three house brews plus IPA, pilsner, grisette, and pale-style beers, it's easy to build a drinking flow from the first glass through food pairings and on to the finish. Being a beer pub on the second floor in Minamikarasuyama, it's the kind of place where swapping glasses and pairing them with dishes feels right. It's the sort of lineup that's perfect for a day when you want to choose both dinner and craft beer on the way home from work.
