The beer pub "Curry and Beer Tasogare Lily" in Uchibashi, Minami Ward, Nagoya, has announced an update to its tap list. This time, centered on West Coast Brewing, three distinct beers including collaborations are on tap.

"Double Kimchi" is a West Coast Double IPA collaboration with White Crow Brewing. At 8.5% ABV, its hop bill of Citra CRYO, El Dorado, and Motueka is clearly laid out. By contrast, "The Technician" is a Funky Kettle Sour, an easy-to-imagine tart and lively beer. "No Ketchup" is a cross-collaboration with Chicago, USA's Hop Butcher For The World, and it looks set to deliver the juicy character you'd expect from a Hazy Double IPA.

On the food side, the lineup features spice-forward curries such as pork vindaloo, aloo gobi chicken, and pork cartilage lu rou, all chosen with beer pairings in mind. Just as the name suggests, the appeal of Tasogare Lily is being able to enjoy curry and craft beer at the same time.

According to the business hours notice, on weekdays they open at 12:00, lunch last order is at 14:00, and evening service runs from 17:00 until last order at 22:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, they offer continuous service from 12:00 to 22:00. In addition, Friday the 22nd is listed as lunch service only, so it's worth checking before visiting.

Also, on Sunday, May 31, they are scheduled to set up at SOCIAL TOWER MARKET, and they have announced that the shop will be closed that day. For anyone in Nagoya looking to enjoy spicy curry and craft beer, this is one spot worth checking out.
