BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican in Yokohama’s Hanasakicho has released its tap list for Tuesday, April 7. This time, there is one new beer on tap: Neko Beer’s “Nyazzy and the Oat Cream Factory.”
This beer is a DDH Oat Cream Hazy IPA with 6.5% ABV. In the post, the brewery says the recipe is centered on New Zealand hops, bringing aromas of tropical fruit, white grape, lychee, and citrus. The mouthfeel leans dank, making it a beer that balances richness with drinkability.
The tap list for the day is as follows, with eight beers total:
1. The North Ace / FILL BREWING
2. Banana Kick / NOMCRAFT BREWING x Seoul Brewery
3. Kumophilia / Totopia Brewery x Cloudwater Brew Co.
4. Nostalgia / Barbaric WORKS
5. Nyazzy and the Oat Cream Factory / Neko Beer
6. Nuvoru / Novoru Brewing
7. Usurai / Hotarubi Brewing
8. Musubu / Novoru Brewing
Looking at the lineup of breweries, it includes not only popular domestic names but also collaboration labels such as NOMCRAFT BREWING x Seoul Brewery and Totopia Brewery x Cloudwater Brew Co., creating a setup that makes it easy to compare a wide range of styles. Rather than simply adding one new release, the appeal here is the way it lines up eight beers with distinct personalities.
The food is being offered as TACO Tuesday, and today’s tacos come in two varieties: mackerel ceviche and white fish fritters. Salsa & chips and guacamole & chips are also available. The pricing is easy to understand too: two tacos plus a side for 900 yen. It’s an easy place to start with a first beer, then move on to another with your meal.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The shop is closed on Wednesdays, and a two-hour limit may apply when it’s busy. It works well for a night when you want to focus on beer, or for a night when you want to enjoy a few drinks alongside Mexican food.
