Y Market Brewing on TAP 4
In TAP&TUMBLER Ebisu’s June 19 post, TAP 4 was announced as pouring Y Market Brewing’s Onigashima IX Hazy IPA at 8.0% ABV. The caption described it as a bold hazy beer, suggesting a hop-forward pour for drinkers looking for something dense and expressive. The same post also mentioned that packaged beers from Hop Butcher for the World had arrived.
A self-pour beer bar in Ebisu
TAP&TUMBLER is a craft beer volume shop about a two-minute walk from Ebisu Station. It features a self-service beer station, where guests receive a glass and POUR card from staff and then pour the amount they want themselves. Beer is charged in 0.1-ounce increments, making it easy to sample just a little or settle in for more.
15 taps and a bring-your-own-food setup
The shop keeps 15 taps rotating with mainly Japanese beer brands, plus more than 40 international cans and bottles arriving daily. Dine-in is available, but the bar does not serve food, and bringing your own food is welcome. That straightforward setup puts the beer front and center, making a guest-tap day a good time to check out a fresh release carefully and at your own pace.
