BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican, located in Hanasakicho, Naka Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, posted its business information and tap list for Thursday, 3/26. On this day, three new kegs were tapped. In the shop’s post, a diverse set of beers appeared, spanning from rich, full-bodied styles to a dark lager for malt lovers and a dry saison.

The three beers introduced as new taps were Totopia Brewery’s "Sirenphobia," Gangi Brewing’s "WILY FOX," and Mugi Zakkoku Kobo’s "Rustic Saison." Sirenphobia has the thickness typical of an Oat Cream DIPA, WILY FOX is a fragrant Dunkel, and Rustic Saison centers on rye-derived grain character and dryness, making it easy to build a tasting comparison story around them.

The eight taps for the day were:

- Blooming IPA / MINOH BEER
- Mountain Beach / CRAFTROCK BREWING x Riip Beer Co.
- Sirenphobia / Totopia Brewery
- JUPITER / Uchuu Brewing
- WILY FOX / Gangi Brewing
- Weizen / Nasu Garden brewery
- Hibagon / FLORA FERMENTATION
- Rustic Saison / Mugi Zakkoku Kobo

On the food side, in addition to freshly made guacamole and tortillas, taco fillings such as jerk chicken, carnitas, and shrimp were also available. True to the shop’s beer-and-Mexican-food concept, it is a day that makes it easy to try different pairings, from hop-forward IPA styles to malt-driven beers.

Business hours are 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM on weekdays, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekends and holidays. In the Noge area, this is a tap update worth checking out for a night when you want to focus on beer and still eat well.
