Two new beers at Ushitora Stand

Ushitora Stand, a craft beer pub located inside MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, announced two new beers on October 7.

The lineup includes No.12 “Slightly Sweet and Bittersweet Double of Love,” a West Coast-style Double IPA, and No.4 “Strawberry Kingdom,” a strawberry ale. Both were introduced as new beers for the week in the pub’s Instagram post.

“ Slightly Sweet and Bittersweet Double of Love” has an ABV of 8.0%. Its West Coast Double IPA profile centers on hop bitterness, while the name points to a balance of sweetness and a lingering bitter edge. It should appeal to drinkers looking for a fuller, more substantial pint.

“Strawberry Kingdom” is a 5% strawberry ale. Its fruit-forward character offers a clear contrast to the hop-driven Double IPA, making the two beers a natural pairing for a tasting flight or side-by-side comparison.

Ushitora Stand is a casual craft beer destination in MIYASHITA PARK, where guests can enjoy rotating beers with food in an easygoing setting. The pub is open from 11:00 to 23:00, with last orders at 22:30; weekend and holiday hours end at 18:00. Its weekday happy hour offers ¥300 off a 470ml pint.

Beer availability may change, so guests seeking either new release should check before visiting. For craft beer fans in Shibuya, the pairing of a bitter West Coast Double IPA and a strawberry ale offers two distinct ways to explore Ushitora’s latest taps.
