Triple Tap Takeover on 5/16

At CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Ebisu Ekimae, located underground in Ebisu Minami, Tokyo, a "HINO BREWING / KYOTO BEER LAB / FLORA FERMENTATION" triple tap takeover will be held on May 16. The post announced that, as a release event for the collaboration beers from the three breweries, about 30 beers in total will be tapped at once.

On the day of the event, guest appearances from the breweries are planned from around 3:30 p.m., and the post also mentioned a rock-paper-scissors tournament with merchandise as prizes. It looks set to be a lively gathering not just for drinking beer, but also as a place where brewers and visitors can come together.

Enjoy Comparing Beers at a 47-Tap Venue

IBREW Ebisu Ekimae is known as a beer pub in front of Ebisu Station, and its defining feature is a broad selection of domestic and imported draft craft beer. With a counter-centered layout that works well for solo drinking as well as groups, the post also invited people to "raise a toast in underground Ebisu."

One of the charms of this venue is how easy it is to sample and compare beers in small amounts, in the order you want to try them. On days when the number of options increases, like a tap takeover, it is a great fit for beer lovers who want to line up different styles and enjoy them side by side.

Girls' Night Course Extended Through June 30

The same post also announced an extension of the girls' night course for May and June. The course includes all-you-can-drink access to about 35 kinds of beer and other drinks, along with appetizers, salad, fish and chips, and steak. Prices were listed as 3,000 yen for a 2-hour course and 3,500 yen for a 3-hour course.

This is a place that works well both for a day of serious beer comparison centered on collaboration beers in front of Ebisu Station and for a slower, more relaxed course meal. Mid-May is a time when it deserves attention for both events and everyday use.
