BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican in Hanasakicho, Yokohama, has announced its business hours and tap list for Thursday, April 16.

The bar will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. that day, and two new taps will be added. The lineup is centered on FLORA FERMENTATION's "Raven" and Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery's "SAP."

"Raven" / FLORA FERMENTATION is a West Coast IPA with an ABV of 7.5%. Brewed with generous amounts of C-family hops, it pushes grapefruit and piney notes to the forefront, with firm bitterness and a light body as its defining traits.

"SAP" / Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery is a Hazy IPA with an ABV of 5.0%. Brewed only with birch sap collected in Bifuka, it is a beer unique to spring, offering hop aroma alongside a refreshing sensation like forest bathing.

Other taps include "Banana Kick" / NOMCRAFT BREWING x Seoul Brewery, "Kumophilia" / Totopia Brewery × Cloudwater Brew Co., "Gold Ban!" / HINOBREWING, "Nyazzy and the Oats Cream Factory" / Neko Beer, and "Musubu" / Novoru Brewing. Tap 7 is currently off.

On the food side, freshly made guacamole will also be available that day. Tacos such as jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetable, and chorizo are also on the menu, making it easy to enjoy the pairing of beer and Mexican food.

It is an easy place to stop by in the Sakuragicho and Noge area on a day when you want to pair a freshly tapped IPA with tacos.
