drifter’s stand, a beer pub in Tokyo’s Togoshi-Ginza area, has brought in four guest beers from Falo Brewing in Miyagi’s Yamamoto Town. In the post, the shop says it had wanted to feature the brewery after visiting Miyagi by bike and speaking directly with the team. Falo Brewing started brewing in October 2025 at a converted former school site.
The four beers are:
- Crispy Boy (Hoppy Pils / Neo Italian Pils)
- Stereo (IPA)
- ShūChū (IPA)
- Five Ships Lager (Czech Pils)
Crispy Boy is positioned as a new-school pilsner that bridges old and new world ideas. Stereo and ShūChū bring the clean, aromatic IPA side of the lineup, while Five Ships Lager delivers a crisp Czech pilsner profile. Together, they create a balanced selection that moves from bright, approachable beer to more hop-driven pours.
For a Togoshi-Ginza beer bar that values direct ties with breweries, this is a guest tap list that makes sense: easy to approach, but still distinct enough to keep beer drinkers interested.
