The craft beer specialty shop NOMENDO BREW STAND in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, has published an official blog post titled "This Week's Schedule." In addition to the upcoming business days, the post indicates that the shop plans to hold its 2nd Brewing Anniversary Festival on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 as a milestone event at the end of the month. The event appears to be built around two pillars, "Kitchen Jack" and a "commemorative anniversary beer release," creating a celebration of the shop's second year with both beer and food.

The post also announced the planned return of the sour ale "Fukuso" this weekend. With warmer weather approaching, bringing back a tart style is a notable move for fans who enjoy seasonal changes in the lineup.

The operating guide released for the first week of March lists Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. last order, Wednesday the 4th closed, Thursday the 5th through Saturday the 7th from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. last order, and Sunday the 8th from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. last order (YOMENDO). Centering on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons, the shop has set hours that make it easy to visit.

The shop is a stand-focused craft beer bar located three minutes on foot from Koshigaya Station, and its official website says it obtained a brewing license in January 2024 and became Koshigaya City's first brewery. By building ties with the local community and holding event after event, it has steadily strengthened the presence of its in-house brewing. This month looks set to offer a chance to experience the current state of NOMENDO's local craft identity from both the revived beer and the anniversary project.
