New Arrivals

Cans from Derailleur Brew Works have lined up at Kitazawa Konishi, the beer pub in Daizawa, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. The beer confirmed in the post is Night Rider ~Route 26~. It carries Derailleur Brew Works' distinctive character while keeping the drinking experience light, as a session IPA should, with hop aroma taking center stage.

Night Rider ~Route 26~ is known for a hop combination that includes Citra, Ekuanot, and Amarillo, and is characterized by a balance of fruitiness, herbal notes, and moderate bitterness. It is a beer that lets you enjoy a strong aroma while remaining easy to drink in multiple rounds, making it a good choice both for the first glass and for pairing with a meal.

Kitazawa Konishi is known as an easygoing beer pub in the Shimokitazawa area, and one of its charms is the chance to enjoy a rotating lineup of guest beers. As its name suggests, it serves as a kind of "supply base" for beer fans, bringing beers from distant breweries to everyday drinking. Being able to drink beer from a brewery in Nishinari, Osaka, in Tokyo is surely a welcome connection for craft beer lovers.

This post announced the beer's arrival at the shop, and it was a memorable shot thanks to the label. It will be interesting to keep an eye on the shop and see what guest beer appears at Kitazawa Konishi next.
