Caliquors Tokyo to host Peace Soy Milk pop-up with lavender saison
Caliquors Tokyo in Kanda will host a collaboration pop-up with Peace Soy Milk on July 11. The lineup includes the draft beer "Nishiiike Nama Lavender Saison," canned beers from NAMACHAん Brewing, and three soy-based dishes.
Caliquors Tokyo, a beer pub just steps from Kanda Station East Exit, will host a collaboration pop-up with Peace Soy Milk on Saturday, July 11. The shop is known for a curated lineup of beer, natural wine, and sake selected by the owner, Shiraishi, and for offering drinks both for on-site enjoyment and for takeaway.
On the drink side, the event will feature Nishiiike Nama Lavender Saison on draft. The announcement notes that it is down to the last barrel, making this a timely chance to try it. Canned beers from NAMACHAん Brewing, which are not usually carried at Caliquors Tokyo, will also be available, and brewer Ota is expected to stop by.
Food will center on three Peace-based dishes: hijiki-style tofu with Gifu-grown komatsuna, soy milk cucumber somen, and Peace mapo tofu. The menu is built for a hot summer evening, and food will be served until sold out.
Set in Kanda Konya-cho, Caliquors Tokyo is the kind of place where beer sits alongside natural wine and sake without losing its focus on drinkability. This pop-up combines that broad selection with a seasonal soy-milk menu and a limited beer release, making it a practical stop for beer drinkers looking for both something to sip and something to pair with food.
