Futako Beer is a local craft brewery born in Futako-Tamagawa, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. On its official website, it explains that it aims to brew everyday beers that blend into the cityscape while continuing to use local resources as much as possible.

What was introduced on Instagram this time was the 2026 spring version of "Jippai Jiiro," which has returned as a new regular beer. In the post, it is described as a Session IPA made with fresh Strata and Centennial hops, and as a beer wrapped in a springlike sense of the season. In addition to the lightness typical of a Session IPA, the design also emphasizes juiciness, with the intention of "coloring everyone's many spring toasts."

"Jippai Jiiro" is also the theme Futako Beer set for its 10th anniversary milestone. On its news page, the brewery announced that it would release the same label as a new regular beer, meaning that a beer that began as an anniversary project has connected into its standard lineup. For a brewery that has continued to make beers that make use of limited-edition brewing and local ingredients, this beer, which carries seasonal character while still fitting into everyday life, clearly shows where the brand stands today.
