Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, posted its June 1 announcement with information on business hours and a roundup of June taproom POP-UP events.

Hours are 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekends and holidays, with Wednesdays closed. Only Japanese craft beer is served, and the regular food menu is limited to things like Kaki-Pi snacks and dagashi, making it clear that beer is the main attraction.

The taps that day featured eight labels. The lineup ranged widely from Belgian styles, IPA, saison, and bitter to stout, reflecting the shop’s character.
- Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale
- Pepepe / Kveik Pale Ale (Norwegian Farmhouse Ale)
- Seiten Raimei #2 / West Coast IPA
- Yunosu Saison / Yuzu Sour Saison
- Komagome Brown / Brown Saison
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter
- EL BAMP HAZY / Hazy IPA
- Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout

The June POP-UPs also offer plenty to look forward to. On 6/6 (Sat) there will be "Coffee Fork's European-Style Beef Curry, Snack Version," on 6/7 (Sun) "Head Brewer's Italian-Style Simmered Beef Tripe (Lampredotto)," and on 6/9 (Tue) "Komagome Bachi Chiri Talk." In addition, an Innoshima-inspired okonomiyaki stall is planned for 6/20 (Sat), and seasonal tapas are scheduled for 6/27 (Sat) and 6/28 (Sun).

In Komagome, it feels like the kind of place where you can slowly sip house-brewed taps while nibbling on a changing daily food program. That is exactly the kind of use this spot seems to invite.
