The beer pub Craftbeer 2mugi in Kanda-Izumicho, Akihabara, has released its "Today's Draft Lineup" for May 2. The owner is a Doemens-certified beer sommelier, and the shop is known as a place where guests can enjoy German beer as well as draft pours from Japan and abroad, along with small dishes.

The taps for the day are the following six beers:

- TAP1: Yorocco Beer / Submarine Forest / Sea Weed Saison
- TAP2: Onidensetsu Beer / Kin-oni Pale Ale (CGX Strata)
- TAP3: Garage Project / Boss Level / US hopped Ultra IPA
- TAP4: Inkhorn Brewing / Arctic Tern / Hazy Double IPA
- TAP5: KUNITACHI Brewery / Japanese Rice Lager
- TAP6: Baird Beer / Morning Coffee Stout / Stout

The new beers being introduced are TAP2 and TAP5. TAP2, "Kin-oni Pale Ale (CGX Strata)," is described as a pale ale that uses CGX Strata hops and offers a more vivid, fruit-forward aroma. TAP5, "Japanese Rice Lager," is a beer celebrating the 100th anniversary of the opening of Kunitachi Station, with a design that lets the richness of rice spread across the palate while finishing cleanly.

On the food side, a new menu item, "cold-smoked mackerel and herb salad," is also being offered. There are suggestions to pair it with TAP1's seaweed-style saison or TAP5's rice lager, making for a lineup designed to be enjoyed as a beer-and-food pairing experience.

Business hours are 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. As the season moves from spring into early summer, the day's appeal is the chance to compare a wide range of beers, from a light saison and a hoppy pale ale to a Hazy Double IPA, a lager, and a coffee stout.
