New Taps at Btaps Toranomon Hills Branch
Btaps Toranomon Hills Branch is a beer pub inside the B1F of Toranomon Hills Business Tower. In this post, three distinctive guest beers from France, Nagano, and the United States were introduced as new taps for April 11.
At the start of the post, a seasonal line about wanting to drink at a terrace seat at dusk was added, conveying the shop’s atmosphere of naturally carrying the mood from daytime drinking to an evening pint. With its convenient central location for after-work visits, it also seems suited to times when you want to sample beers of different styles little by little.
The three beers introduced this time were:
- Fauve Craft Bière "Coco Divine"
- Shiga Kogen Beer "SNOW MONKEY IPA"
- Evil Twin "This Kihoskh Needs an Even Even More More Much Much Bigger Bigger Beer Selection"
"Coco Divine" is a DDH IPA said to use plenty of Verdant yeast. It is presented as a beer with a soft mouthfeel layered with coconut-like aromas from the hops.
"SNOW MONKEY IPA" is a 6% Hazy IPA. It is described as having an impression reminiscent of pink grapefruit, along with tropical nuances, solid bitterness, and dryness, suggesting a beer with real heft.
"This Kihoskh Needs an Even Even More More Much Much Bigger Bigger Beer Selection" is a 7% Fruited Sour. Its complex flavor is described as using Concord grapes, blueberries, cacao nibs, coconut, and maple, making it intriguing for anyone looking for a dessert-like, richly textured sour.
The post also notes that the craft beer lineup can be checked in the second image and in the story highlights, suggesting that the bar may offer more tap options as well. If you want to compare guest beers from different regions and styles around Toranomon Hills, this is one to check out.
