Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewery and taproom in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, Tokyo, has announced its tap list for Monday, September 14. The stand will be open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., with Wednesdays remaining its regular closing day.
The list includes eight beers across a broad range of styles. Amber Lager is a 5.5% Dry Hopped Amber Lager, combining a clean lager profile with added hop aroma. Little Thing, a 4.5% Dry Hopped Session Ale, offers a lighter option for an easy start.
For hop-forward drinkers, the lineup includes the 7% Hazy IPA Saburo Hazy, the 6.5% Belgian IPA Mashup IPA Ekuanot, and the 7.5% American IPA Rolling Lolly. The selection also moves beyond IPA with Pineapple Gose, a 5% gose made with pineapple, and Komagome Best Bitter, a 4.5% English Best Bitter that was noted as being low in stock.
Rounding out the list is Kurodori #4, a 7% Belgian Stout with a darker, richer profile. With options ranging from refreshing lager and session ale to hazy IPA, tart fruit beer, bitter, and stout, the tap list offers several ways to explore the brewery’s house-made beers in one visit.
The venue is a casual brewery taproom near Komagome Station, centered around counter and standing-room seating. Regular food offerings are limited mainly to light snacks such as kaki-pea crackers and dagashi, keeping the focus on the beer. Tap availability may change, so visitors should check the latest information before heading out.
