Anjo Den Beer announced the next schedule for its beer-making experience class held at the restaurant "Hore Fes." The class will be held on two dates: April 15, 2026 and May 13, 2026. Both sessions will take place on Thursdays, and are designed so small groups can learn in depth.
Participants will gather in front of the East Gate of Anjo Denpark, with the session scheduled to start at 9:00 and end at 14:00. The program consists of crushing the barley actually used in brewing and putting it into a large kettle, touring the factory, and learning through classroom instruction and tastings. The participation fee is 6,600 yen (tax included), and admission to Denpark is charged separately. In addition to lunch, there will be 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink beer and soft drinks.
The class requires a minimum of 2 participants and has a maximum capacity of 10. Applications are accepted by email, with applicants asked to include their name, number of participants, and telephone number. Participants will also receive a discount coupon usable on Rakuten Market.
Anjo Den Beer is a brewery that operates brewing, sales, and restaurant businesses inside Anjo Sangyo Bunkakaen Denpark in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture. Hore Fes is a craft beer restaurant attached to the brewery, and its official website also accepts requests for factory tours and private bookings. This experience class is worth noting as an opportunity to experience the normally hidden brewing process firsthand through a factory tour and tasting.
