Golden Garden announces its “Shi込み Festival”
Golden Garden, a beer pub in Shintenchi, Hiroshima, has shared an Instagram post titled “Shi込み Festival.” The post explains that the previous service was busy with guests enjoying the food, leading the team to prepare additional side dishes for the following service.
The appetizer selection featured nine dishes: chilled oden, cream chowder, lightly pickled bitter melon, somen pumpkin, fried cartilage, maitake tempura, Japanese-style sauerkraut, tofu with yamagata dashi, and nikujaga. The assorted plate was priced at ¥1,790, while a three-item personal serving was ¥1,200. Butter chicken curry was also available for ¥1,200.
For beer, Golden Garden offered draft beer from its in-house brewery, HIROSHIMA NEIGHBORLY BREWING. The post noted that no keg had been kicked at the time of posting, but some beers could sell out during service. A daily happy hour until 7 p.m. offers the brewery’s draft beers at special prices.
The post also announced a limited restock of the bottled “Barrel Relay Project Tonki Sakura Hen,” with only a small quantity remaining. A beer-and-appetizer set was available through the end of September, priced from ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 depending on size.
