The beer pub Craft Beer Shop Triangle in Minatogawa-cho, Hyogo Ward, Kobe City, announced on Instagram that it has stocked bottle beers from Amakuuku (@amakuuku). In the post, the shop said, "As far as value for money in bottle form, these are among the best in our store," and also highlighted that one bottle can be enjoyed over several days. It also appears to be considering serving them by the glass in the shop.

Amakuuku is a brewery that focuses on making beer using agricultural products from around the Nasu area. The bottles now on the shelves are all unfiltered and unpasteurized 750 ml bottles finished through secondary fermentation in the bottle. All have an alcohol content of at least 4% but less than 5%. While they have substantial character, they are also easy to pace and enjoy over time.

The three beers introduced are:

- Yukikata 2025: A farmhouse beer made with lemon verbena and lemongrass from Nasu Kogen HERB's. Its lemon-tea-like flavor and generous umami make it a memorable bottle.
- Togan 2025: A brown farmhouse beer made with several types of roasted malt. Fruit notes reminiscent of pear compote and marmalade are layered with the richness of roasted malt and the bitterness of blood orange.
- Wanko 2026: A light farmhouse beer carefully brewed through the depths of winter. It has aromas like coriander seed, fruity sweetness like honey-filled apples, and a gentle hop bitterness that comes together in a very balanced finish.

Triangle is a highly usable spot where you can carefully choose bottles of craft beer. When beers like these arrive, letting you follow how the flavors change as you drink them in stages, the lineup becomes appealing both for people who want to enjoy one glass at a time in the shop and for those who want to take a bottle home and savor it slowly.
