Yellow Beer Works has introduced “SAISON DUZASOU / RICE SAISON,” a collaboration beer available at Tregion Fukushima, a bistro located inside JR-East Hotel Mets Fukushima near Fukushima Station.
The beer is a rice saison brewed with rice and orange peel. It is presented as a beer that can only be enjoyed at Tregion Fukushima. The light, refreshing character associated with a saison is expected to pair well with the citrus aroma of orange peel, while the use of rice adds a local connection and a softer impression to the beer.
