BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican, a beer pub in Hanazaki-cho, Yokohama, will tap Swanphilia on September 24, 2026. The beer is the third collaboration between Totopia Brewery and Tokyo-based Inkhorn Brewing.
Swanphilia is a DDH Hazy Double IPA with an ABV of 8.5%. It is described as having a smooth, velvety mouthfeel and a firm malt body, layered with ripe fruit character inspired by Dolcita. Citra and Krush Cryo contribute juicy fruit notes, while fresh green nuances and soft bitterness lead to a refreshing tropical-fruit finish.
The day’s tap list also includes TATAKAU ～導かれしホップ達～ and 《劇場版》お猫は苦いよ～私の愛したフラミンゴ～ from NEKO BEER, Port of Cheers from OTAMA BREWING, Sunny B Feat. Tominaga Bond from B.M.B BREWERY, Taco Time Lime from West Coast Brewing, KYOMEI from Uchu Brewing, and LAGOON from GORA BREWERY.
BAMBOO 4 will also hold its twice-monthly BIRYANI NIGHT. Vegetable biryani with autumn vegetables and mushrooms is scheduled for around 4 p.m., followed by Awaodori chicken tandoori biryani at around 7:30 p.m. Tacos are available with jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetables, or chorizo.
