Onaji Anano Mujina Introduces Today's Taps & Cans

At the Kobe Sannomiya beer pub Onaji Anano Mujina, today’s taps and cans list has been released. The lineup features seven beers. Centered on domestic breweries, it ranges from hazy IPA to pale ale and distinctive imports, making for a selection where you can enjoy differences in aroma and bitterness.

Today’s lineup

- Kinki Pale Ale Comet Single Ver. / Oni Densetsu
- dog / BreakEdge
- Another cut / Ise Kadoya Beer
- Haziku / novoru
- Blooming IPA / Minoh Beer
- The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical / root+branch
- RIEN DE MOINS / Du Bas

Among the highlights are Oni Densetsu’s "Kinki Pale Ale Comet Single Ver." and BreakEdge’s hazy "dog." With plenty of aroma elements reminiscent of citrus and tropical fruit, this is an easy match for people who like a fruity finish. Ise Kadoya Beer’s "Another cut" and novoru’s "Haziku" also stand out as fruit-forward options, with notes described as passion fruit, peach, guava, white grape, and lime.

Meanwhile, Minoh Beer’s "Blooming IPA" is characterized by spicy notes from Belgian yeast and the brightness of hops, while root+branch’s "The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical" and Du Bas’s "RIEN DE MOINS" bring a slightly more twisted aromatic direction. The appeal of this day is that you can compare not just bitterness, but also the layers of aroma and the differences in aftertaste.

The shop is a craft beer specialty bar next to Lawson in Higashimon-gai, with a small, counter-centered standing space of 12 seats. It operates by reservation only, and serves only kegs and cans from breweries the owner considers delicious. Food is also welcome to be brought in, making it easy to build your own perfect beer snack pairing. It is unpretentious, but firmly devoted to craft beer. It’s the kind of place you’d want to visit when you’re looking for just the right drink.
