BEER BAR Bitter is currently highlighting Minoh Beer’s seasonal release, Kokusan Momo Weizen. The beer uses Arakawa peaches from Hachiki Farm in Wakayama, with fruity notes from Weizen yeast, such as clove and banana, layered with fresh peach character.

According to Minoh Beer, the beer uses 50% wheat malt, giving it a soft mouthfeel while keeping the finish dry rather than sweet. The peaches come from four varieties, harvested and brewed to match the season: Wase, Hakuhou, Shimizu, and Kawanakajima.

BEER BAR Bitter is a beer pub in Tsukudo-cho, Shinjuku, where beer takes center stage. It is a fitting place to take time with guest beers and enjoy their individual character. Kokusan Momo Weizen offers fruit aroma without becoming heavy, making it an easy beer to pair with food as well.
