Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke to host Kyoto-themed TTO from June 22
Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke will host the KYOTO BREWERS MEETING TAP TAKE OVER from June 22 to 27. The shop’s June 15, 17:00 post also previewed an event-only Belgian IPA brewed with Kyoto-grown ingredients and a lineup of more than 30 taps.
Craft Beer Server Land Akasaka-Mitsuke is a basement beer pub a short walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The shop serves up to 31 taps of Japanese craft beer and pairs its lineup with food, with staff who can help guide guests through the choices.
Its Instagram post announced that the shop would open from 17:00 on June 15 and also previewed the KYOTO BREWERS MEETING TAP TAKE OVER, scheduled for June 22-27. For this third Kyoto-themed takeover, the shop says it brewed an event-only original beer with support from Ichi-joji Brewery using Kyoto-grown water, malt, hops, and yuzu. The official brewery site describes the collaboration beer as a Belgian IPA.
During the event, more than 30 taps will be on offer, and brewers are scheduled to visit on Saturday, June 27. The post also mentions a toast session and a rock-paper-scissors game, so guests can drink while meeting the brewers themselves.
The poster shows beers such as `Edelpils`, `Kitsune / Japanese Light Lager`, `Helles`, `Oolong Tea Lager`, `Topazolite / German Pilsner`, and `The 52Hz echo Gose`, showing a lineup that ranges from crisp lagers to a gose. For beer fans, it should be a solid week of comparison drinking in Akasaka-Mitsuke.
