An anniversary collaboration

Craft Beer Market Atre Kichijoji shared its 11th-anniversary beer, Eleven To Eleven, brewed in collaboration with OUR BREWING. The beer is a New Zealand Pilsner.

According to the post, the beer combines the floral aroma of New Zealand hops with the clean, refreshing drinkability expected from a pilsner. The aroma profile is described with notes of white grape, fresh grass, and a tropical pineapple-like impression. Technical details listed in the caption include 5.5% ABV and 23.6 IBU. The hop bill features Motueka, Riwaka, Mega Motueka, and Citra; the malt grist uses Pilsen malt and Fukui-grown six-row barley malt; and the yeast is Nova Lager.

For beer fans, the recipe stands out for its hop-driven white-grape character. The brewer’s comment highlights the role of Mega Motueka and the whirlpool addition of Riwaka, noting that the beer showed a pronounced grape-like aroma even before dry hopping.

The venue itself is a beer pub directly connected to Atre Kichijoji. Its official site says the lineup centers on domestic beers and is approachable even for people new to craft beer. The food concept is "casual French", making it easy to pair beer with a wide range of dishes. The store also offers drinking plans with up to 30 beers, which makes it suitable for anything from a quick first drink to a second round with a group.

Eleven To Eleven looks like a versatile anniversary release: aromatic enough to drink on its own, but clean and crisp enough to pair with food. For anyone drinking in Kichijoji, it is a beer worth checking out.
