Sloth House Adds Two New Taps, Serving Eight Beers on Monday
Craftbeer Sloth House announced new tap openings for its Monday hours (12:00-22:00) in a Feb. 23 post. With Yokohama Bay Brewing's "Bay Amber" and Yokohama Beer’s "Ever Rush Saison" added, the lineup now features eight beers, including selections from West Coast Brewing and Shiga Kogen Beer.
The beer pub Craftbeer Sloth House, located in Tsurumachi, Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, shared tap information for its Monday service. In the post, it described the day as "a Monday when the cheerful weather makes you want to drink beer," and announced business hours of 12:00-22:00.
There are two new beers on tap this time. The first is Yokohama Bay Brewing's Bay Amber (Bohemian Amber Lager), a beer that reflects the context of Czech-style amber lagers. It is described as balancing a rich malt presence with a refreshing bitterness. The second is Yokohama Beer’s Ever Rush Saison (Saison). Its design layers the character of saison yeast with aromas from Krush and Nelson Sauvin.
Also on the beer list for the day are respected breweries from Japan and abroad. The lineup includes West Coast Brewing's Personal Best, Shiga Kogen Beer’s Itsu no Sen, Teenage Brewing's White Cat Power, NEKOBEER’s Teenage Power, and Beer and's Fukumikan, as well as Minoh Beer’s Mellow Lemon. The selection spans lager, saison, IPA, hazy, and fruit-forward styles, offering a wide range of beer styles.
For those in the Tsunashima area who want to start the week by choosing craft beer carefully, this is a chance to compare local labels and popular breweries side by side.
